Fear of Losing My Radiant Health

Wow, when I go back and read entries from this summer and fall, I feel a little disconnect, like I’m not consistently in that space of peace, joy and love and already I feel you/hear you…

It’s absolutely perfect! THIS is the unfolding, the next clarity, the next expansion. The edge of the expansion can feel like discomfort. It’s coming. We are thrilled. 

I can physically feel you feeling thrilled. :) What is coming up to be expressed is a residual fear that I feel “juicier”, fear that I love my health routine and that I will lose that while on tour in Puerto Rico. 

Feel into it dear one.

When I feel into it with you I just feel love.

Go back into it. 

I see this sweatshirt and it says “judgment” and I unzip it and  there is this beautiful golden light inside, like it’s emanating out and expanding. Whoah, the judgment hides the light- it blocks my knowingness and my experience of being pure light and I get to unzip that judgment and set it aside. It’s not mine. 

Let’s feel into what you desire for this physical plane experience. 

Joy, love, peace. 

How do you create that?

Joy in my physical body: moving, dancing, laughing, stretching, having sex! Wearing fun clothes! Gliding about the planet, SHINING! Loving the experience of moving and eating, creating with food and appreciating. Loving the now. 

Peace with what is. Peace with juicy. Peace with the unfolding. Peace with releasing fear and peace with releasing control. I love the now of creating my beautiful body for life. I love creating this radiant health through the now of peace, joy and love. I feel absolutely golden.

You’ve been practicing a way of being and the mind has taken up shop. Can you feel it?

YES! I feel that the mind is still stuck in what is/is not possible, but there is a new opening. 

There is a new release and allowing arising. There is a more expansive way of being. 

Okay, I feel fear that if I get juicier than listening to you doesn’t “work”. Wow. BUT that is what doesn’t work- the fear!!! What is true, IB?

This moment now. You have been drifting into the future, where you “think” things may be out of your control. This is where the present moment light can dissolve the fear that has taken up shop. 

I feel amazing, like I can’t wait to be my radiant, healthy self REGARDLESS of external conditions! 

You are opening! It is now!

I love the freedom of creating radiant health in the now. I love knowing that my radiant health is not affected by external conditions. I love knowing that my radiant health comes from knowing my truth right NOW! I know my physical body is vibrating with physical health. I know that my health is created in the now. I know this is a new way of being and I love the practice of the unfolding. I can feel the expansion. My body is filled with the light of peace, joy and love.
